"Uzbekiston" metro station
The station "Uzbekiston" on the line of the same name has begun its work on December 8, 1984. It has got its name because of the avenue over it. The walls are decorated with enamelled ceramics, depicting water flows. The ceiling has a ganch carving. The floor is made of granite. Marble, glass and metal were also used in design of the station.
